Also shoes have little detail on them so that could be a reason why these aren't in game

I think you could also modify scout's belt and make the color slight clearer to make it more appealing.

This isn't a really good reason, but I want this item to be in the game becaus it looks like the type of pants for sports and parkour. If you were to look at the original scout pants, they are in the look for a football player, and I'm pretty sure that there are people like me who has the Scout as their favorite class, but don't like football and would rather have pants like these instead. So I would love this item to be accepted for the game, please.

This. This is the kind of cosmetic I've been looking for a long time.

The clothing style (overlong baggy trouser legs, sneakers) is more generic late 1990s Urban Kid than late 1960s/early 1970s (where TF2 is set). But as an adaptation item, I can't fault it for this.

I would liek to see a demo video of this item set in actual motion, though, how it performs during movement and taunt animations.
