What I know is that a whole lot of mods tend to have been ports from other games or models imported without permission from the original authors. If anything it would probably be because of copyright issues?

Other than that, no clue.

Im glad it hasnt been, but its weird that its the only item remaining on the workshop; I was just wondering if you had any insight into why that might be.

If you download the gamebanana link and rename the model files to the throwable Phal uses it should normally work.
