Im digging the zombie reskin, but the torso zombie could use a reskin too, because it's the regular hl2 zombie instead of the resident evil reskin.

there is no issue, you have to restart your game after "enabling" this reskin has been used for the last 7 years with no issue

sounds like you need to restart gmod or somehow you have a conflicting addon. this does nothing but change the base model and animations there is no lua involved

here is what happens.. i just see a floating headcrab, the game starts running on 5 FPS and there is no zombie.. how does this even happen?

but it is an 11yo file i think it will be fine to just use it at this point. the original creator of the file does not even go to gamebanana anymore, pretty sure it was a port from re2 anyways
