Oh No!
*Berserk shopkeeper music starts to play*
No the code is disabled for Beatrice.
No that's not right at all. Killer bee hives will attack creatures other than just the player.
Thank you.
@Meowman111
If you would like to see some similar code in work, you can check out The Sticky Singer in my Beatrice mod. It's basically a gun that can only be fired if there's a specific ammo type in your inventory.
I can code it but first I need someone to make the character sprite animations for when the gun is fired. Otherwise it will just look like you're swinging the gun around when you shoot it.
Well that's the thing. They all can already attack each other but nothing has given them any reason to. This mod can (optionally, off by default) tell killer bees to attack each other. And even then they won't attack bees from the same hive.
I believe what LostBarren was saying is that you need to make a unbias mod for ALL of the creatures because spiders and frogs don't attack eachother in the game.
What are you talking about? Creatures of the same species fight and kill each other all the time. Spiders, bees, dogs, fish, chickens, lions, tigers, bears, etc. Some will even eat their own young. And some will eat their own parents. Besides, this is Don't Starve. "Weird" is kind of it's thing. When was the last time you saw a plant growing lightbulbs in the wild?
@Klasnarock
That's not a bug. That's just how Don't Starve functions. Most AI will shutdown if you move far enough away from it, then pick back up where it left off when you come back. It has nothing to do with this mod.
10/10 Banter, would read again.
