Mod is broken, downrated, pls fix :x

i want to keep using this mod but its BROKEN

This is an awesome looking model, but it's currently broken. As others have previously stated, the magazine floats outside of the gun. In addition, the firing animations are completely screwed, often rendering the gun invisible.

But the model itself, 10/10 would totally use if it wasn't completely broken. Here's to hoping it will be fixed in the near future :)

I adore this skin (as it is ACTUALLY an M45A1, rather than just a standard 1911) but it appears an update has broken it. I anxiously wait for a fix.

Yo this is broken as fuck: magizine appears outside of gun no matter what, keeps cycling between loaded and unloaded while running, but hey it looks fucking awesome

@Travis Haley I'm not educated about the Springfield versions, but the A1 provided by Colt (AKA the gun this skin is modeled after) employs a full length guide rod. The only thing I can tell about the skin that's glaringly (HA!) wrong is the lack of tritium night sights. I'm a fan of this skin, can't wait for the fix so I can use it again.

hi, good job on the gun. However, as other said before, it is bugged when online or in coop. during offline play its fine. if it bugs, the slide stays back for a couple seconds after firing a shot

Hey, I love this gun and I've been using it for quite a while now. I think it looks absolutely amazing, but it is slightly broken now. I don't know if you'd be able to fix it, but the slide takes a long time to return after being fired. So when you shoot, the slide stays back for a while before dropping again, which makes it very hard to use because the sights get blocked by the barrel and/or suppressor.

The slide animation is slightly broken while aiming downt the sights: it locks back momentarily.

This is the only gun-skin mod that worked after update 6/12.

The world model is backwards on the characters holsters.

Chainswangaz is right. It's due to the fact that a 1911 has what's called a floating barrel. Basically, it's attached to the frame with a pin, and when the slide racks back, it gets pulled out of its firing alignment. Actually helps with accuracy a little, as counter intuitive as that sounds.

Mr. Man, 1911 models do this in real life. The gun is designed to do that. Has to do with the recoil mechanism and how the gun is to behave when the slide locks back.

Are you talking about the barrel? Because 1911 barrels actually do slant upwards slightly when you rack the slide back in real life
