Look for the demo version of DECTalk, input what you want, and record that with Audacity. Each sound can only be 3 seconds long which severely limited most of the better things you can do with the DECTalk engine.

Alright, looking at the date of this mod, and looking at the last time you played Worms, I'd say you've lost all enthusiasm for the game, and I won't blame you. But could you do the people a favor and complete this soundbank?

Or better yet, tell me how you recorded the tech-to-speech lines, what speech program and what voice you used. I'll gladly complete it myself.

I think you should really start filling this out completely. I absolutely love it, but my worms almost never talk.
