This puzzle is like a woman, pretty and punishing if you dont get the details right. Sorry just got carried away after restarting 2 times.. :steamfacepalm:

This one is a doozy and a good one. My only gripe with it is that despite me being oh so clever and actually solved the puzzle, I just happened to have one ball on the wrong side of the map away from the faith plate.

You should put two faith plates, one on each side of fizzler so that you wouldn't punish players for solving the test with the ball on the wrong side and forcing restart.

@Ryan James : we had some people drop out and there wasn't time to make maps to fill the gaps

@TS_Mind_Swept when i was cleaning up the chamber from PTI i did want to add the missing models, but it was like 6am and the deadline was 5pm and i'd pulled an all nighter to get things workshop ready... yeh, sometimes deadlines suck.

well i'd at least recommend trying 11 and 12.
11 is mine, and ya know, i'd love to hear the feedback, and 12 is a scripted boss battle that is pretty neat although the 1st event of it is a lil um... 'special'

I hope he does, honestly, it probably would have bin a decent puzzle if it was quicker to walk to things. So like, if there was only 1 set of stairs on each thing instead of 4, and just to overall size was smaller, then the thinking part wouldn't be so bad. Also the emancipation grills didn't have models so that looked weird, and well as the fact they could be portal bumped right passed (2 easy fixes, 1st add a model on the EG's, 2nd put a func_portal_bumper on them so there's no portal bumping).

@TS_Mind_Swept: as i said, i didn't make this particular map, and it's not really right to just go and change bits of it. this was a part of a collaboration for xmas amongst 10 different people, so each one of the maps is quite different in style based upon each mapper's way of doing things and level of experience. it was a fun project amongst friends
however, i'll forward on your feedback to lopoi, and if he decides to make changes then i'll reupload it with the changes

It's my loss to not fix those few things? its not hard or anything, I see nothing wrong with making those changes, and if you have a map that has issues, than it's more your loss then anyone elsses.

@TS_Mind_Swept: that's your loss. these maps were all made by different people, so there's a different style to each. you might find one you liike (although 7 probably will annoy you because inferno likes to do things in his own way ). my own submission to this series was 11 by the way

Very frustrating and tedius map obviously exported from the pti, i could tell some was done with i, but not that much, and it was too huge. If it was smaller i may have stuck around to finish it, but i spent so much time walking around that i was fatigued just from that. -.- if it was a third (or less) of the size, had soundscapes and music, and a little more done with the textures, iI might actually finish, but if not then I'm afraid i won't be playing any mroe maps in this series. 4.5/10
