Well I can tell you that when I started to climb the dragon to go to Alduin I heard "Bonus Ducks!" There were other times when it happend but it was at random times so I can't tell you anymore specifics.

It has glitchs where it would say "Bonus Ducks!" at random times when I don't level up.
