There also was extension for stylish, afaik, but not sure, if it works still

it allows to change between your oiginal hud positioning of the sticky & my new vertical one.
Are you interested in integrating my fully functional & tested changes?
If no that's alright, I learned something at least. If yes, you could accept my contact request for easier communication. In any case my code might be able to be optimized better, it's probably not the most efficient out there but it does the job :)
talking about it just made me understand it xD
Hi, I'm back. I actually did some modifications lately and I've come up with these changes so far :
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=647991140
as you can see I rescaled & repositioned the build & unsticky buttons so as not to be in the way of the RPG hud neat. (setscale 0.8 // position 400 30 & 270 30)
However I'm having trouble trying to move the stickied recipe upward, any pointer please ?
I'm glad it still works for you though, enjoy not starving!!
it was my mistake, it's working somehow it seems.
So let me rephrase the whole thing :
-1 I have ROG
-2 I can sticky just fine using the mouse to click on the crafting icons on the side, my mistake this was working from the start.
-3 That said if I open the "capslock" crafting menu (which is the much wider crafting window, called "Open Crafting" in game settings) then clicking on "sticky" does nothing in this particular window.
Not sure if this is supposed to be like that or not ? I disabled some hud mods I have with no effect so far.
-4 Another side conflict, is that the stickied item overlaps some inventory elements of the "RPG hud neat" mod but I don't think you can do much about it.
Let's say you need a Stick to make a Torch. You have the Grass in your personal inventory and have the Stick in a Chest, as well as a Nitre in the same Chest. Open Chest, Sticky Recipe doesn't recognize the Stick in Chest. If you pick up the Stick (but not place it in inventory), Sticky Recipe will recognize it and Build will light up. If you place Stick back down in Chest, Build grays out. HOWEVER, if you pick up Nitre and place back down in Chest, Sticky Recipe will recognize Stick in the Chest and Build will then light up. I imagine it wouldn't be terribly difficult to make Sticky Recipe check chest inventory when opened and allow you to use items from it.
