I got the problem "aia_desert2_config" has been deleted? I installed all the mods correctly, but it still gives me this! Any way to fix it? I really didn't want to redownload the whole aia because it took 6 hours!

Hey [BB] SickSith have you tried giving the predator a Plasma Cannon and Melee attack? I could create a small simple demo map for you of an AI/Player predator running around with a simple trigger based Melee attack and Auto Plasma cannon by editing one of my Zombie scripts. Combine that with this hide object true and you gota real pred on the loose. Wouldn't even need to worry about models as such. Let me know if your interested. Wouldn't take me longer than a day or two. Then you could have a player or AI pred running about. I'm currently creating another Zombie map with other primitive weapons based off triggers and I also have a spear, bow, bolas etc done which could translate easily into predator type weapons with a quick edit.

@JasonB: I'm making a daytime version like this, but for night, I thought that would be too hard.

You could make the predator invisible just like the movie. Thats easy enough to do. This hideobject true. Then theres an invisible dude hunting down everyone. Gota kill him with traps or watch where the fires coming from.

My windows says it cannot access the specified file for the AiA mod, is their anyway I can fix that?

Badass dude, that you took the time to make a Predator-themed mission!
Are you gonna keep working and perfecting it? if so, some of the humans are missing weapons and clothing. The main character missing stuff is Blain Cooper and sometimes others. I got all the mods you listed loaded up.

So far we enjoyed it, needs more tweaking and experimenting... would love to see a daytime one in an actual jungle where you have the option to attack the rebel camp etc.

You're download a file through STEAM VAC &/or whatever system they use. You will get no virus from this download. If there was one, the other 1500 people would have it, and steam would of found it instantly.

I'll try redownloading this shit, but if I get a virus I'm gonna be pissed.

And as far as kings comment; you can play as the predator, his sounds are there, I'm sorry that i'm limited by the lack of art models in the game, or availaible anywhere for download. So if you find a predator skin, or make one yourself, I'll gladly put it in. Thanks

This is so stupid I downloaded each and every mod and it still says I can't play the mod because it is dependent on something. Plus everytime I tried to install each mod AVG detected an infected file, so I had to remove.

So if you, or anyone is getting no player selected; it is because you are trying to play it in SP. This is not a SP mission. You must run it in coop, and have at least 2 people.

@ SickSith Yeah I got it thanks. I meant though whether I had to enable it to play but it all makes sense now sorry. Hopefully last question, everything is working now except right when i click this predator scenario it starts loading and then goes back to the screen and says "no player was selected". Sorry you have to deal with me and thanks again for your help

So put all the "@" folders in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3
Then, add the modlines in the Library>Arma3>Properties>Set launch options.
You will add all the @ names there, for example... -mod=@example;@example;

@SickSith One more question, I'm a bit new to the mods. So, I downloaded all of the mods required to play this. When opening Arma, do I need to enable each mod needed for it to start the scenario or will it enable them when pressing play? (Thanks for your quick response)

Yes you will need all the mods required, which includes AiA. And I've never heard of not enough disk space - error. That seems like it would be a client side issue, not on my end.

@Kazaki It shoulds work because that desert map pack is included in the All In Arma Terrain Pack.
@SickSith I've been getting an error message on mine saying "not enough disk space", but I know I have a capable computer - do you have any clue what the problem might be?

Guys, please be more specific with this error so I can fix it. First off, you can't play this if you are trying to play single player. You need at least 2 people to play!

i spent like 2 hours trying to get the mods for this, then it says no player selected! :( if the author could fix that and tell me that would be great, or if any one knows how to fix that?? thanks

The sounds for the predator are there. The actual suit, or unit is not. I'm not an artist, however if someone were to make the model, I'd use it for sure.

Is there an actual predator unit or just the Diver Unit? Great concept, just would be nice to see the actual Predator....
