That worm thing looks a lot like the Goauld Symbiote from Stargate SG1 :P

First of all, great design. I like your style on the Glock-18 and clearly is unique. However, I must agree with t.clemmo in that the top of the Glock-18 isn't as interesting as it is on the side.

I feel that if you somehow added some more detail of the worm and perhaps added more of the geometry work at the top, it would make it more appealing for the user.

I really like the skin, but I feel it has been designed too much from the side. From the side, it is beautiful and tells a story, but in-game, we focus on we can see - mostly the top. The top of this skin is very bland, showing only a few details of the death worm. If some sort of design like that on the side was added, I feel the weapon would be a lot more appealing in game.
