To those that can not spawn the item, have you gone into the item editor page and clicked on downloads? Then go through the page(s) and find the staff, then click on it and finally click the green arrow at the bottom right. Or you can go to the magic notebook screen and copy paste this: STAFF OF DARKNESS And then press enter.

The Staff of Pain. Has a small blade at the end of it. every five seconds after attacking, it fires an orb of electricity or something, and does 100 damage.
