well sad to say, but this mod in its curent sate make me unable to use the tortch to light trees and gunpovder and sutch, sems like based on other coments that right cliking actions crashes the game...

This mod is pretty much broken, you can plant only if you are directly above the place you need.

Don't use this version, use v2, this one causes crash as Wortox.

it's a nice idea, but I'm seeing a lot of people report bugs related to this mod, like one that breaks the mod "Fast Travel" by preventing interaction with signs and the one below about lag compensation

It's just like this one, but it works finely.

With lag compsensation on, this makes planting trees nearly impossible. It only works if you try, wait the several seconds for you to finish the failed animation, try again, wait the seconds, try again, wait the seconds, try again, then it works.

If you turn lag compensation off then it just fuckin' crashes your game.

This would be the best mod if it actually worked. The creator has been offline for 600 days, so I doubt it'll be fixed.

anyone know if there's another mod like this available? that is updated, without game-breaking bugs?

Issues with this mod (aside from the easy-to-fix error that crashes the game for clients joining servers):
* Disables you to right-click-to-drop any item, not just the items listed here (how about you needing to click J or some other button in order to click between deploying an item or not?)
* Disables you from sleeping in siesta lean-tos and feeding players.

this mod creates huge lag in current version.

for easiest example to test for yourself:
- host new world, WITH cave enabled.
- craft torch on day one super simple,
- try to burn trees with it.

fail attemps to burn is super common.
seems less of a noticable issue if hosting with NO caves.

@pigshaam as someone already mentioned, the mod crashes the game for when you try to plant down a pinecone in a green area :|

Still a must-have mod. Loved it in DS, and had to come back for the DST version when it got a bit too annoying to not have it.

Strangely this mod crashed for me or causes me to crash out of servers any ways. http://imgur.com/9WmEi60 I haven't got a crash log but i'll get one if you like. Happens pretty reliably when ever I have it enabled.

i understand klei has given up butterfly planting for controller mapping, is it something modders can do ?

Love this mod. Thank you. Anything else like this planned? Perhaps a "drag-deployables-easy-setup?" Eg: if you have 10 saplings, right click and hold to deploy, then drag 5 spaces to plant 5 saplings in a row with perfect spacing!

Random right click crash bug may be fixed. So it maybe now no longer crashes when resetting tooth trap.
