UBW must be active at the time, yes. But you keep any units you build even after it deactivates.
Totally agreed, and it seems that Emiya's AI actually places cities in good locations instead of just clumping them together (like many other civs), which I think is awesome (I do play with Community Patch though).
@Vice Virtuoso
Whenever I get an Event with E&D, the Banner Images don't seem to show up. Do I probably miss anything, that I have to download separately?
You can go into your MODS folder and delete the Ireland civ entirely, and if you're still subscribed, the in-game Mods menu should re-download it after you've given it a minute or so to sync to the workshop.

@Sands Buisle
If you are using v3 and issues persist, try clearing your game cache and testing the mod again. The cache is found in your Civilizaiton 5 user folder, usually in My Games.
Eh, I'm keeping it as is. This is one of the worst-kept spoilers in anime/VN history we're talking about, here. Just seeing the title of his theme song gives it away.
Sorry, but I don't take requests for new Civs. Not to mention I never played FF2.
the new civs i think would be grand would be the kingdom of Palamecia from the Game "Final Fantasy II".
I personally find it to be a compelling game with many powerful and memorable aspects; most of which ( to me at the very least) are the kingdoms and the importance of its' leaders. much of the games story revolves around them and are dependant on them.
im sure that im not the only person whom feels this way on the subject and could also very well support me in my opinion.
thank you for your time and consideration.
Tested and it works, so it may be a mod conflict. If you are playing this with my other mods, make sure they are all up to date; many of them were updated in the past 3 days. Also, try deleting your Civ 5 game cache and restarting the game.
It might show 0/0 on the first turn. It will fix itself on the second turn if it does.
I did want to have the idea of a Civ who has a very strong ability like this, but it's only temporary and requires you to pay for it (in this case, with Production). I think it works well so far, but further testing will show whether it needs to be balanced some more.
@darkcaedus
The audio handler is locked away in parts of the DLL which are still closed source, and thus I can't make music play at specific times -- only sound effects. Emiya is his war theme though.
@Niko Jims
@Alexandervv
Didn't experience this, but it may have had to do with some oddities in the Lua implementation of the last version. Update and try again (in a new game).
@Xeswes
It automatically pops when you meet its Production threshold, and you gain Production towards it by selecting it from a city's Production menu.
Tried using it but got no indication of gaining it. Am I doing something wrong or is it just my other mods blocking it?
Must've taken it before it was 100% finished. A byproduct of how he can build every UU in the game with the right conditions. The finished product has a "building" entry for the Kanshou and Bakuya Forge together.
@Crimson13
If you're building a UU and UBW runs out, then you won't be able to finish it, so be careful. Though I'm having a hard time seeing anything which would take more than 8 turns to build during UBW. (Unless it's on Marathon, but in that case, UBW is 24 turns anyway.) It can be repeated, but the cost increases each time.
Also is Unlimited Blade Works repeatable or simply a one time thing?
But I have to ask what is with the Minuteman in game start-up screenshot?
Then again, the spoilers within are some of those that I'm absolutely shocked that anyone within anime/manga fan circles wouldn't already know...
Civ looks interesting though. I'll be sure to try it out soon.
