For Blue Sensor: "Timer block blue1 - Troggle Bock On" and "Timer Bock Timer 3 - Start"
Sensor red isn't used anymore and can be removed.

For some reason some of the actions grayed/boxed out when I remade this, can you post the actions you have programed into the blue sensor and timer block red ?
