Step 5 click save
Step 6 close it
Step 7 start your game up and see if it worked
It's just being unable to play the mission is bad, but being unable to mess with units in editor and possibly creating my own mission is even worse
breda error to fix again; so I would try this first before reseting the mod back to default.
I hope this works because I am all out of ideas. I looked on steelwedge's (the author)
profileas he has not been online for 2 years and 265 days, and people are saying he
died, and others say he has a family now so I don't think this mod will be playable for the forseeable future.
sure how to fix this mod. Maybe its unplayable and beyond fixing?
Can't Open Pak-resource/map.pak (ezipfilereader.cpp,27)
Some systems require administrative rights to run the game, if you are having problems please try to run the game exe as admin.
You can locate the exe here by default
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Men of War Assault Squad 2
mods/dinant/resource/dinant.pak
error -200 (unknown earror). LE=0, CS=1A85F3D L= 106512952
(eZipFileReader.cpp,45)
Then some other letters and numbers
1. open the mod folder
2. go to resource
3. open "dinant.pak" with notepad
4. then search for the file set/stuff/gun/20mm_breda_m35
(it should be close to the top)
to do this you click "edit" then "find"
5. delete that file because its creating the error with the mod
What you are doing is deleting all the 20mm breda guns in the mission. now I don't know if
this will fix the mission, or make your game crash so its your choice.
but it is worth it (sacrifice one to save everything else)
that you all have.
Exeption
Program will be terminated.

Honestly, I had hopes that I had done something wrong the previous time, but the problem seems to be the same.
Say, Captain, does this mod work for you? Have you tried it yourself? - it's only 117 mb worth of download, so I'd be grateful if you tried it - and if it works it may point towards the real solution. If it doesn't - well, then you'll get the idea of what we're dealing with)
GSM or Valor mods this mission was made with. Meaning GSM or Valor has been
updated since this mission was created so the units and amo types are no longer
compatible with the MOWAS2 Game version? I really don't know, I just thought
maybe this is what people were having problems with. Thanks for the info.
Editor won't start, too - same error
*all other mods were disabled at the time
But I guess now I gotta try it again and see what happens
1. Open file explorer.
2. Find the "dinant" file
3. Open on the dinant file, then open on the subfile called "mod.info"
4. Change the {MaxGameVersion "3.999"} to this {MaxGameVersion "3.260.0"}
5. Then click save.
6. Start Men of War Assault Squad 2, go to Options, then click on Mods, find the dinant mod.
7. Double click on this mod then click apply.
If this was the issue it should work now, and if it dosen't reply to this comment and I'll try to help if I can.
