A lot of stuff you can change or edit with code anyway unless you really wanna change a big part of the physical map

e.g. the beds, lockers, guns on them shelves etc. (the boxes around spawn are ok)
As people can use Sniper based weapons on these props and they will kill other players.
Make them prop static.
NAV mesh can usally be made by the server owner themselfs though which work better anyway.
I also haven't tested it with the npc's from underdone itself and such so i don't know what the result would be, once my friend finnishes his underdone version i will test it and such and if it needs changes I will update it then.
