Wow. This one was amazing! May be the first adventure map I've played off from the workshop. It's very well done
Plasmawario  [author] 16 Jun, 2015 @ 2:06pm
@Draconic Well yeah, understandable, but there are no catagory options for that, so i just decided to place it under Sprint. My apologies.
Draconic Creature 16 Jun, 2015 @ 12:02pm
In my opinion this kind of track should be called adventure/atmospheric, mostly because this one is actually pretty damn creepy, and my thoughts wasn't on getting to the end fast for the best time, it was to simply survive the track in the first place.
Plasmawario  [author] 14 May, 2015 @ 8:19pm
@ElementBlu Yeah, i really didn't know which category to put this under. Because challenge tracks are meant to be pretty short, which this doesn't fall under. I still wanted to upload this for others to see so i just decided to put it under sprint.

Creepy as **** and totally awesome. One of the best maps for Distance without a doubt.
ElementBlu 28 Mar, 2015 @ 1:08pm
If I came into this map expecting a challenge (or even adventure) map, then I'd probably enjoy it. There's a nice atmosphere and personality to it. Coming into it expecting a sprint/race map, I hate it. A lot of low lighting and cheap tricks. The area that ends in a fake portal is clever, but it's mostly just annoying on a sprint track. The same goes for blocking off the entire track while in complete darkness.

Holy crap this level is AWESOME. The atmosphere in it is fantastic. I rate it 6 out of 5 stars.

@РОКК ЕБОЛ I figured that out, don't worry.

No. GZMedVoices just repeats "6,5,4,3,2"
Plasmawario  [author] 26 Jan, 2015 @ 4:43pm
@Skirmisher It works just fine for me. I even tried on Sprint mode and it's all good.
As for the whispers, i see what you're refering to. :)
Thanks for your comment too :)
Skirmisher 26 Jan, 2015 @ 4:15pm
They're referring to the first virus spirit scene in Ground Zero, where everything is still blue. You can hear whispers around the idling turbine; the object for that is WarningGraffiti.

None of the custom-text triggers work outside of Adventure. Also, the VirusSpirit objects are all client-side like the dropper drones (meaning each player sees their own copy), so they work fine in multiplayer. (Also, the pop-up blockers are multiplayer-synced--you should see them pop up in reaction to other cars ahead of you. At least, if I remember correctly.)

Anyway, I really enjoyed your level! I love how you enabled abilities gradually, though the path was a little convoluted. Also, I'm not sure how you missed this, but the first virus spirit that grabs you is broken...its teleporter doesn't work.
Plasmawario  [author] 26 Jan, 2015 @ 2:03pm
@РОКК ЕБОЛ I might have found the source for the voices. It might be GZMedVoices. Is this the voice you're refering to?
Plasmawario  [author] 25 Jan, 2015 @ 11:14am
@РОКК ЕБОЛ I'll look into it :)
sim<>n[a] 25 Jan, 2015 @ 9:58am
That is the point.
I suppose Virus Spirit to work like popup blockers and virus spikes-cars ahead of you crash into them, though you do not see them.
Btw, you may be interested in Aftermath->GlitchField(makes car screen lag), Aftermath->CarScreenTextDecodeTrigger, Aftermath->InfoDisplayBox(works online, unlike InfoAndIndicatorDisplayBox), and you can also try to find those whispering voices on GroundZero, the place you get to, when Virus teleports you for the first time; they appear when you are driving around the plinth; i couldn't finde the source yet, may be it's WarningGraffity.
Plasmawario  [author] 25 Jan, 2015 @ 9:10am
@РОКК ЕБОЛ I'm not saying it will crash the game/map, i'm just saying it might not work properly. although i have not seen problems so far with Multiplayer mode yet. I use the Virus Spirit in this map, and i believe if different cars reach it at different times, it will dissapear before previous cars reach it. That's what i'm concerned about. As for the BrightenCarHeadlights, i'll gladly add that in. :)
sim<>n[a] 25 Jan, 2015 @ 4:59am
Nice job, man! Especially amused enraged cooling rings)
But i don't think anyone will like this ... darkness.Add "BrightenCarHeadlites" from GroundZero please, or make obstacles a bit more bright at least.
And i have a question: at the moment i'm working on a map, containing elements from oficial maps, like yours, and here you say that playing it online may crash it.Can you tell which elements exactly causes it?

Like fly/driving through a cybernetic hellscape, in a good way ;)
