Thing is, as it operates, it destroyes itself, as it itself is man made. So... would it be best to set it up as a nanovirus?

That's SCP-804. What a coincidence, I was studying it right now to think about how to make it in a future scenario. But you would have to play against it as the Foundation, or else it would be too easy.

Actually, I have made a list of SCPs that can be made into scenarios, so expect more in the future. I'm a big SCP fan! :D

The endorphine is released by the spider, not the human body. They want you to crack your skull open so they can get out.

I would be more interested if the spider used as a picture there wasn't a jumping spider, which are the cartoon charicatures of the spider world. xP

Because endorphine is only released when you bang your head, making the pain go away. So everytime your head hurts, applying pressure releases endorphine, making it a compulsion.

Good work. SCP-632 is a tricky one to make work just right using Plague Inc.'s engine, but I think you did it just about right! There are a few typos here and there, but you did a good job making the symptoms accurate, which is most of what needs to be done.
