Thank you very much!!!! His face was absolutly wrong! Sometimes I could tear out my hair...

Well, now its fixed and he looks as he should!

THX again.....if no one tells, I can 't fix anything. Now I know why some people gave bad ratings......very surprising I didn 't get more thumbs down ^^

You have to wait for the very first Menu to update all your mods. till it 's finished. After that you can start the game. This is the only idea i have, the mod should work.

Of course, it 's mentioned in the description, he is available for everyone who wants to add him to his own project, if full credit is provided in exchange. Are you planing to add a quest or something like that, or do you just add the heroes to the game?

Yes, you are right, but...

"The White" is a rank, Saruman has, before "Gandalf The Grey" ascends to become "Gandalf The White" and grow over Saruman and banish him in the end.

I remember, you asked that some months ago....well, its a good idea in deed, but at the moment i don 't think i am gonna do that. I just do minor little things in modding. And what you are asking for is a bunch of different looking Uruk-hai i would have to create, which i don 't realy would enjoy right now, sorry.

Sorry, I am no jack of all trades, i can do some things, but i can 't do anything. Modding is complex and for making a new beard or scaling this one, you need to use blender or nifscope, or both, not sure.
