To spawn them you go to the Addons tab which aren't on top, there at the bottom of the first tab which you get at default, you know when you spawn. Basically, there all the way at the bottom of the menu. So you click on it and it gives you another menu with all the addons you have installed. What i do is to expand the page so you can see the addon better. You click on the addon and you got it. Of course they are small because these models are from a game called Civilization a gave with these models but of course they are small so you can play the game since it has a top down view. It would defeat the purpose of the whole mod if it was it was large. I hope this comment answers any remaining questions.
