Thank you, it's really dumb that your nation can be prospering with fresh water, but because every other country has shot itself in the foot somehow yours runs into a water shortage. Should have learned how to purify water, everyone else.

Because you cant affect what measures other nations make against climate change. The reality is that water supply in most countries will be scarce, and the speed of this game is rather high so the effect feel worse than it actually is

why doesn't the water shortage just get solved with having a lot of water supply?

I feel like this is a bug in the game. I have max water supply, and still a water shortage. Wouldn't the link between these two things be a better idea, than just removing the effect entirely?
