After you get the dupe, I suggest re-copying it and saving it yourself. Just so you won't get lost.

First you have to create your item in Gmod. Then get out your duplicator tool and copy the item. Go to your spawnlists page (press and hold Q) and click on Dupes. Click save dupe to the left. Once that is done, you should see a box under My Dupes with your item. Hover over the box and click Publish. You will be taken to your Steam page. Add any data you wish and publish the item.
