@Logangreenjeans I think its a reference from "Meet the Heavy" when he says mit costs 400,000 dollars to fire this weapon, for 12 secounds".
Dawwpuddin 7 Mar, 2015 @ 5:27pm
did this actually cost 400,000 dollars?
Revzin  [author] 28 Feb, 2015 @ 12:25pm
You render into 1280x720 and cut the frame in a video editor
Lukewarm Ziti 28 Feb, 2015 @ 11:05am
I published a video with this, but when rendering with 1280X546 the cut away was entirely from the bottom portion of the screen rather than equally divided between top and bottom. How do I fix this?
GNX 27 Feb, 2015 @ 9:27pm
when in doubt, RANDOM CIRCLES!!

Revzin  [author] 26 Jan, 2015 @ 4:22pm
Yes. We employed John Romero for a month to manage this drawing project and that is what we managed to salvage after the inevitable
You can only *use* it for 12 seconds, but *overlaying* it onto your viewport is not considered using it for some weird legal reason

@MrFinnishDude This skybox in Sky Fortress is off gamebanana, by Joost 'Koma' Vanhoutte - I'm sorry I don't have the exact link
@Fox-Chases-Bunny When you do 'cinematic' widescreen (2.39:1 or 2.35:1) in SFM, you use a 16:10 resoultion (1920x1080 = fullhd and 1280x720 = hd) and cut away the 'extra' vertical space to get 2.35:1 or 2.39:1. That gives (for 2.35:1) 1280x546 if you are cuttung away from 1280x720 and 1920x818 if cutting from 1920x1080
Yumi 26 Jan, 2015 @ 4:09pm

TonToE 25 Jan, 2015 @ 4:04pm
What are the expenses that total up to $400k?
Miniwheats 25 Jan, 2015 @ 3:50pm
To apply it, go to the clip editor (first one of the three icons) and rightclick the clip. Choose 'Edit Clip' and 'Add Overlay Clip'.
Choose the overlay and hit ok.
To remove, edit the overlay alpha to 0.
Kibōchen 25 Jan, 2015 @ 1:55pm
Really? It costed 400 grand just to make a picture?
Jesus crap....
Grubbo 25 Jan, 2015 @ 1:16pm

Where did you get that skybox? I have been looking for one like that for ages!
Paintbrush Poltergeist 25 Jan, 2015 @ 9:27am
What do you mean by "For 2.35:1 (1280x546 hd-based / 1920 x 818 fullhd-based) 'cinematic' widescreen setups."

Is that the projects settings? If so, where can I go to change them?
Faith Bitch 25 Jan, 2015 @ 9:22am
I'd love to know where you got that skybox actually.
SquidKid 24 Jan, 2015 @ 11:03am
How would you apply this in sfm? I'm still a noob and don't really know how to use sfm well.
Pruld 24 Jan, 2015 @ 7:09am
