Best ancient Greek city-states mod. All the other Greek-split mods give hoplite units only to the Spartans, but this mod gives unique hoplites to all city-states. Beautiful and realistic, thank you!

Anyone else having trouble getting Ethnic Units to work with these?

I tried to use a civ, and it crashed my game. Any thing I'm supposed to do before I try to launch the game with th mods (besides downloading them)?

Even though I enable these, I can't see the option to be one when I go into "Set up game". Do all of these require BNW or G&K?

I know massilia might not be exactly what you could call a greek state, but it was founded and ran by the greek settlers who then mixed with the native guals/celts

I'd argue Thebes is extremely important as the leader of the Boetian League. It was the state which put an end to Spartan hegemony afterall, before being toppled itself by the Macedonians. Its 'Sacred Band' Hoplite units were extremely famous, and the defeat of the Sacret Band by Alexander the Great at the Battle of Chaeronea was one of his earliest military triumphs.
