I think its really cool and interesting but this always scares me that i could get this disease. Basically if you get Rabies you have to get the Vaccine right away otherwise you are doomed. This is one of my biggest fears in life of getting this disease or being bitten by a rabid animal.
The scariest disease for me and i am still scared of it. Otherwise might need some tiny tips for this scenario but good job!

great scenario :) its just that the fish transmission is too good i.e you get the island countries too easily, even in mega brutal - you need to tone down the random infection chance

[@pls no] just like Smallpox, you get find out even before you infect hundreds. but vaccines come a lot later than in Smallpox scenario so just evolve whatever you want and make sure to include "Fish 3" to randomly infect islands that have their ports closed. Have fun :)
