Uh, I feel like we could easily start a whole thread on just unofficial transformations that we all love. Seriously, there are lots of Transformers with modes not listed on their packaging. Just something for you to think about.
Anyway, thank you so much!
But if you want to try to build a ship/robot transformer without mods, please let me know how that goes for you. I would genuinely be interested in the result. I warn you in advance, building a transformer is just slightly more difficult than building a ship. but I'm sure you already know how to build one without mods, and have it all planned out.
However, in the off chance you don't have it all planned out, and are even a little bit curious about how a transformer could work in Space Engineers, I happen to know a guy who made one. There's one little problem.... It's not vanilla. That jerk used mods. Can you believe the nerve of some people? And you know what else this guy did? He put it on the very same Workshop that he got the mods from.
I mean it really is just too bad that the developers of a game would allow the ability for other people to use mods with their game. All games should be used exactly as they are right out of the box! Let's join together and boycott all games which allow for mod usage! Down with Space Engineers. No more Skyrim. Forget about Portal 2. And shame on anyone using Gary's Mod!
Or.....
We could just accept that mods are a part of gaming, and embrace art and creativity for the sake of appreciating the little things in life. Let's not quibble over purity of gaming. Just enjoy, or not.
But if you genuinely believe a game which has been modded is somehow less pure than the "out of the box" version, then just know there is a group of people you would fit in with nicely. I heard about this group that was kind of a big thing back in the 1930's and '40's. They were also dead set on purity.
In any case, this impure, modded, item of engineering will continue to exist. And I will continue to use impure mods in my impure games. :)
@Baalrog Thank you!
@BPunlimited Thank you, it was an interesting process.
@Bobisme Thank you :D
@Zergriv Thank you sir, I will do my best.
@PRISM Thank you, I am too. ;)
@Casual Sun Thank you, I appreiciate it.
@JRL101 Not sure why there are updates shown. All I have changed since posting was the main picture, and I corrected one of the links in the description. It was directing to the wrong Workshop item. Otherwise, no changes.
