Variable, I'm going to look into puttig in the revive script on all three missions.
Option #1 is a good idea but I think the "get tactical" addon is the way to go. There are many cool addons that I do not have because I am afraid it will break Arma in some way so I have zero installed. But if you say it works fine then I will go for it. I'll install the weapon rest one while I'm at it. :)
One last thing, the second checkpoint never gets marked as completed. I cleared the base and the area goes green but the task will not check off. 3 and 4 cleared fine. I went back and engaged/killed some enemy that were patrolling the valley below 2 but it will not complete.

1. Your main player ( team leader) unfourtuinatly will not order himself to hold fire, since this is a command only he can give. What I normally do is block his view from the enemy or where you think the enemy will be in position. Maybe behind a rock or wall. Even if the enemy is viasable by the other players, your team leader will not fire since his view is blocked. Then when you are ready for the ambush, switch back to your player and order yout team to fire. Also, if you have everyone in stealth, then the by default the team leader will be in the prone position while you're controllying the other AI player, so don't forget to change the status to danger. This way if you want to switch to another team memeber in mid attack, yout team leader will not go automaticly to prone.
I really like being able to control my AI team and rearm them the way I want in the start of the mission. My only issue, and it is a BIG one, is when I am positioning my team for an ambush. I will order my team into position from the map view. They are all in Stealth/Hold fire mode. When I switch over to an AI player to make precise adjustments to his position, (to get him behind hard cover) MY player opens fire which then ruins the ambush. Grrr!!! This is still a great mission though and I would give it a 10/10 if I could force MY player to hold fire. Thanks.
