Biger Borders still works as far as I know
@Kurax: If you don't have any conflicting mods enabled and it still doesn't work, try the manual download.
@Git gud: TOT has a lot of different border styles contained in the manual download (Dark borders addon/optional folder). The standard TOT country border is pretty much the same as RBM's country border. Just with some ripples to make it look more like somebody had drawn it on paper/pergament.
