You gotta extract the video files from the folder and recompile the vpk without it in there. IK it kinda sucks but with steam deleting my link theres nothing else i can do about it :/

What I'm assuiming is the most recent update to this causes l4d2 to crash once the addons load. giving an "unknown version 2" error involving the vpk. this is one of my fav add ons so ill keep it favorited and check back at later date

Sorry about the long wait (haven't been on steam much in a long while). I'll be updating it with the menu background in a folder in the vpk, just extract it and follow the readme in the same folder. :)
