Welp, I sure haven't heard that sentence used in such a way before, but alright, I get it.

Must be the translation then, If you come to my house and i give you free rein to the place, I say, anything you want, please help yourself... (to it) in other words, use what ever you want as if it was yours.

I got that from the "please help yourself" part, which I did not and still do not quite understand.

What it means is, I developed it, there is no copyright infringement, should not cause an infringement if used in a saxxy. Help yourself to it... (like if you use something like the queen, the ralph, the songbird, etc that I have posted which "might" cause a saxxy to be disqualified.)
