Report a translation problem
If the weapon exists, you'll see its ID printed on the console. If nothing was found, check that the mod is really active - Launcher likes to reset the active mods after completing the sync.
After that use command player.additem <ID> 1 , replacing <ID> with the respective ID string. The weapon will be added to your inventory and you're good to go.
The enchantment, as stated in the description, adds 8 points of poison damage (16 for the one that's hit first) for 7 seconds - also the effect radius is 30 feet.
