Is there an item limit

Game crashes one time out of two whenever I come out of the basement at lakeview, does this happen to anyone? Is it just me?
Angus BM 14 Aug, 2019 @ 7:26am
Hi, I love this! Is it possible to have your Scholar's Library mod and the Adventurers basement mod work at the same time on Skyrim Special Edition?

*ever
Fritz Haber 13 Jul, 2019 @ 7:24pm
will they every be brought to the normal edition?
Bluntaxe  [author] 29 Apr, 2019 @ 1:49am
@jesseodell1 - Thanks very much. So the ingredient sorting, as well as food and hearthfire building supplies WERE added in the skyrim special edition mod "Adventurer's Basement". Im afraid I never got the chance to bring those updates back to the normal version of the game however :-(
Sereph 26 Feb, 2019 @ 1:04pm
Did the plan to add ingredient sorting fall through? This is the single feature I've yet to find well fleshed out for my play. BTW I've been a massive fan for years, love this mod, use it in every playthrough.
Goose Gog 20 Feb, 2019 @ 11:18pm
Yeah but you have to own the property first. Thanks for reply and help.
Bluntaxe  [author] 20 Feb, 2019 @ 7:31am
@chrisjrogers2000 - Oh do you mean the Hearthfire houses? You can disable those trapdoors via the architect tables at each house
Goose Gog 18 Feb, 2019 @ 8:20am
Only town locations unless changed, cheers.
Bluntaxe  [author] 16 Feb, 2019 @ 7:27pm
@chrisjrogers2000 - Thanks very much. You should be able to disable the trapdoors via the menu book in the basement
Goose Gog 16 Feb, 2019 @ 12:50pm
Awesome mod like below, use it on the SE version too. Be great if you could disable the trap doors for the other areas if you don't intend to build though. Great work.
Delarayn 6 Apr, 2018 @ 7:18pm
I've been using the SSE version of this mod and I'm thrilled to see it moving to Steam for the regular Skyrim. I LOVE this mod! How did I live without it the past few years? Thank you so much for this!!
JesterTheChester 19 Mar, 2018 @ 12:40pm
Ah, thank you for this. you have just gotten another subscription then.
Bluntaxe  [author] 19 Mar, 2018 @ 12:38pm
@JesterTheChester - No, however the blacksmiths basement trapdoor will likely be found floating in mid-air inside the house. This can be fixed by turning that trapdoor off in the options menu found inside the Blacksmiths Basement. You can then place a custom trapdoor back into the modded breezeholm house by using the spellbook next to the options menu.
JesterTheChester 11 Mar, 2018 @ 8:58pm
If I were to install this as Breezhomes basement is installed would they break each other?
OutOfBody 17 Feb, 2018 @ 8:42pm
Thank you for making this! It would be even better if potions could be stored as well.
tenebrica 2 Jan, 2018 @ 6:40pm
As someone with an affinity for crafting and collecting, this is seriously one of my favourite mods, excellent work :) (The updated version looks even better, but sadly SE doesn't work on my PC, definitely looking forward to using it once I update my hardware though!)

The only issue I have is one I've run into with some of my older save files: If I have already built Heljarchen Hall (specifically the workbench, anvil and/or grindstone outside), I can no longer access the general area as my game will crash everytime I get to close.
The game also crashes when I try to build any of the items I mentioned without moving or disabling the trapdoor first, otherwise it works fine, so I'm assuming the problem is the placement of the trapdoor.
Any advice?

Awesome mod.Thanks for sharing. Upvoted.Favorited.:)
Bluntaxe  [author] 15 Nov, 2017 @ 9:28pm
@NightshadeX - The trapdoor should be in the final room, right next to the bed.
NightShadeX62 15 Nov, 2017 @ 1:19am
i own it. I did the quest to save the head guy and they gave me Severin Manor
Bluntaxe  [author] 14 Nov, 2017 @ 6:55am
@NightshadeX - This mod does have a basement in severin manor. It only appears after you own the house, at the end of a large chainquest.
NightShadeX62 12 Nov, 2017 @ 4:24am
I noticed this mod does not add a basement to severin manor. It would surely be a improvement to the original one that comes with the manor..
rebelsdigital 17 Sep, 2017 @ 6:47pm
I no longer see the trap? so I kind of loss everyting...
bbarfield124 18 Jul, 2017 @ 9:16pm
does this mod no longer work? I used it in my old playthroughs and just re downloaded it, but it is not showing up in my game. The trap door doesnt show up at the house in Whiterun or at house plots from hearthfire. Any help?

Is there a chance that we can get the adventurers basement for the original version of skyrim as well? I really do love the mod and would love to have that on my (still goog looking) old version of it as well.
I would even pay for it xD :Fistofdosh:
BigOOF 24 Apr, 2017 @ 10:50am
I lost everything, every single thing I have collected is now gone. Please help.
Katana 26 Feb, 2017 @ 3:09pm
I have the remastered version of this mod and it is AWESOME!!! so sad it is not on here for original skyrim though!
d_broom 29 Dec, 2016 @ 1:40pm
I really hope that adventures basement that came to steam, skyrim se. That you
can you add a room for armor and weapons too. I have your mod on SE side and I really like it a lot... thank you !!!
Krylenta 26 Dec, 2016 @ 4:43pm
I really hope that adventurs basement comes to steam.
xxkrullxx 9 Dec, 2016 @ 12:03pm
@bluntaxe i love your mods aswell and hope you are able to get Adventurer's Basement to work with the reg skyrim. keep up the good work :)
O Grande Buzai 15 Nov, 2016 @ 10:37am
There is a bug on the mannequin.
I put my Ebony Mail (and all armor set), got out of the breezehome, carried my supplies into the basement.
After I came back, I took back my armor set and left the house again. When I got back to the basement Ebony Mail doubled. And it repeats itself every time I take her out and leave. :steamhappy:

@kaitekat.ame - I haven't had the chance to see whether its possible yet. If its doable i'll release it sometime soon
Kaitekat 11 Nov, 2016 @ 1:49am
Any plans to release Adventurer's Basement for regular edition? I really enjoy your mods but my computer can't run SE.
Violet 10 Nov, 2016 @ 9:00am
@Bluntaxe SWEET! Thanks for the update!
Bluntaxe  [author] 9 Nov, 2016 @ 10:21pm
@Violet - Thanks very much.

Good news, the mod is in post development, meaning im it will be up on bathesda and the nexus within the next day, two at the latest.
Violet 9 Nov, 2016 @ 9:42pm
@Bluntaxe - Eagerly awaiting the updated version of this (and maybe the library?) for the Special Edition! Love this mod and can't wait to use it in SE! Keep up the awesome work! :)
Bluntaxe  [author] 26 Oct, 2016 @ 10:24pm
@The Armorer - Very easy. There is a spellbook inside the basement (which you can enter via whiterun's breezeholme), Once you learn that spell, casting it will simply drop a trapdoor at your feet. You can disable any trapdoors that are in your way via an options menu inside the basement.

3 trapdoor's max thou.
The Armorer 22 Oct, 2016 @ 1:09am
WOW, Back in the old days i found a guy that did this for everything in morowind with the alchimical ingredients, i have a house i am happy with (a mod one) but you say this can be added to mod houses? how hard or easy is that? (answer or not im going to look at this later and it looks awesome, and very useful. even by my high standerds as a old school modder.) #whyarewenotfundingthis?

I don't see a way to search the comments, so I don't know if this has been mentioned before.

Vex gave me a Stolen Amethyst to plant in Whiterun, but I took a side trip to Solstheim to pick up some jewelry for a customer. I've been using the Blacksmith's Basement to help move my loot from Severin Manor to Riften. This time, when I had it deposit things, it took the Stolen Amethyst, stripped it of its quest identity, and put it in the gems chest. It became just another amethyst.

I didn't tell Vex. I'm not scared of her, I just don't like the way she looks at me when she's displeased. I just set the quest stage and got another one.

I just thought it might be worth noting that the Basement did this. Next time I'll be more careful.

Mine wont pop up any annotation when I hover over the hand, help?
Ballogroldo 19 Aug, 2016 @ 4:20am
Hi, first thx for the great work.

If i put some other stuff in the iron chest could that make problems for the mod?

sorry for bad english ;)

Bluntaxe  [author] 5 Aug, 2016 @ 11:22pm
@Stonewall - Hi Stonewall, uou would need to do the following

1) Remove everything you own from the basement, place in a barrel in the real world somewhere close to one of the trapdoors
2) Uninstall the non-DLC version
3) Install the DLC version
4) Hit the ~ key while in-game (to the left of the number 1)
5) Type in "player.additem f 1000" (This will give you gold to refund the amount of money you've spent unlocking the basements in the different cities. Set the '1000' value to whatever is appropriate)
6) Re-buy the basement in each of the cities you had already unlocked it in, grab the contents of the barrel you filled earlier, and refill the basement.

Bluntaxe,

First of all, fantastic mod. Been using vanilla for a long while and it's absolutely wonderful for organization and aesthetics.
I've downloaded the 3 Skyrim DLC recently and I was wondering how I should go about moving from the Vanilla version of this mod to the All DLC edition? Any support is greatly appreciated, Thanks!
Bluntaxe  [author] 31 Jul, 2016 @ 12:30am
@bLackNiqhts - The trapdoor is outside, situated close to the architect table. You can move the trapdoor inside by using the architect table.
Bluntaxe  [author] 31 Jul, 2016 @ 12:29am
@Jinx_Master1 - Yes, however you can only return to the cell you entered from, so you can't use it to teleport
Jinx 30 Jul, 2016 @ 10:59am
Do all houses link to the same cell?
bLackNiqhts 29 Jul, 2016 @ 12:02pm
hi i have question. i have hearthfire house how to get a blacksmith's basement ?
Bluntaxe  [author] 3 Jul, 2016 @ 7:57pm
@dom.exe - You're not meant to manually fill the chests, the sorter does that for you.

Every item that is used in crafting, or upgrading items has a place. animal hides don't because the only use for them is to skin them into leather. The leather itself is automatically sorted
