theres 2 giant errors in the front bumper and the back of the windshield i have all the packs how do i fix it?

There is a giant error across the front windshield, I have all the requirements. I haven't looked to see if it conflicts with anything yet.

Addon is updated with now-working vehicle lights as well as updated emergency lights and textures!
