The Dropbox link for those custom textures is not working.

Do you have an updated link for those custom ingame textures?

Modu Chanyu is dangerously competent when played by the AI; he always seems to be militarily snowballing if he has any room to expand early. Cool stuff.

@Axatoramus Xiongnu language origins may have been Turkic, may have been Mongol, IIRC, the jury's still out on that one.

Also, no need for you to go around calling people racist bigots. It's unprofessional, a quick point about their error shall do.

KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN

Mongols ARE NOT TURKIC
axatoramus 31 Jul, 2015 @ 7:10pm
Also, HUNS WERE NOT TURKIC
axatoramus 31 Jul, 2015 @ 7:10pm
Xiong Nu were NOT TURKIC

Yenisey were NOT TURKIC

You are a racist bigot and a fool, Yenisey Khagan. If just the people here knew what you are all about.

no lol

Mod installed OK but couldn't find them in the Setup until I included the Mongols DLC. Obvious dependency is obvious I guess but the usual warning in red text were absent.

@TarcisioCM Something is off with the horse unit support. I currently have 3 Horsemen and 6 Horse, but mousing over the Horse resource/support shows: "5 Horse, 4 used". So my 3 Horsemen use up 5 Horse plus 1 Horse simply disappears from resources.
JEELEN 24 Mar, 2015 @ 3:40pm
Nevermind, I found the button. Still have no clue when altaic Riders are supposed to go obsolte though.
JEELEN 25 Feb, 2015 @ 3:19am
@TarcisioCM I tired moving a Horseman to an unimproved Grassland to build a Yurt, but no button is showing (city has improved Horse).

Also, the Altaic Rider can still be built even though I have Knights now. Not sure if that's intended.
Bubblegum  [author] 22 Feb, 2015 @ 4:09pm
@mkkid12 Not if you play accordingly. I never go below 0 happiness when playing with this civ, unless I settle more than 5 cities and dont improve the luxuries on time. You are guaranteed to get at least 3 luxuries resources with five cities, with some luck and smart settling you can get up to five in an average game. Go liberty, focus on techs that allow you to improve the luxuries, and use your workers primarily for improving them. In one particularly good playthrough I had all of these ancient era cities with population and production equal of that of a capital, before reaching the medieval era.
a moron 22 Feb, 2015 @ 3:42pm
The Xiongnu seems much more of a wide empire civ though, and having 5 cities in ancient era without unhappiness is hard to achieve.
Bubblegum  [author] 22 Feb, 2015 @ 3:36pm
@mkkid12 The point IS being short. In the ancient era, you can settle a minimum of 5 cities with enough happiness to survive.
a moron 22 Feb, 2015 @ 3:25pm
Should change it to Reneisance and not Classical since that is too short...
Tobias3 21 Feb, 2015 @ 10:08am
Hell yeah the ancestors of the Huns

Will this be available for Mac users?
Sleelan 17 Feb, 2015 @ 11:12am
Ah, Xiongnu, how many times I kicked their arses in Emperor: Rise of the Middle Kingdom. Gonna be fun to play from the other perpective here.
Crowjinbo 17 Feb, 2015 @ 9:40am
Really good idea for a civ and really fun to play. Thanks!
Krugliik 17 Feb, 2015 @ 9:25am

Savage451 17 Feb, 2015 @ 8:27am
what is the "enact" thing is it a mod?
Bubblegum  [author] 17 Feb, 2015 @ 6:09am
They are unrelated as far as legitimate history is concerned. All beyond that is pure speculation.
Armorguy1 17 Feb, 2015 @ 5:33am
Wait, Aren't the Xiongnu the same paople as the Huns or are the Huns decendants branched of the Xiongnu?
Chris Handsome PhD 16 Feb, 2015 @ 10:26am
cool idea but you need to extend the unique ability to the medevil era
Y Defaid Darogan 16 Feb, 2015 @ 5:13am
Them pine trees in some of the screenshots, where are they from?
Damsteri 16 Feb, 2015 @ 12:42am
Nice civ. I think this civ could be very strong for religious culture strategy (using sacred sites reformation belief). That strategy requires very fast early city spamming, good production to build shrines (and temples) fast and military to protect early expansion. This civ has everything for it, and also extra happiness for cities, which is the main factor limiting city spamming before religion hits in. I have been limited with ability to train settlers fast enough and move them fast enough when using that strategy, but... this civ has bonuses for both of those problems.

Can u guy tell me how to enact decision ? I know it's way too noob but pls help me !!! T_T
JEELEN 15 Feb, 2015 @ 5:55pm
@TarcisioC Cool!

@ Heretic That's basically saying nothing in particular.
Bubblegum  [author] 15 Feb, 2015 @ 4:29pm
@JEELEN Sorry, that's my first mod using sql instead of XML, I'll fix that along with making the Altaic Rider upgrade to horseman, and fixing modu chanyu's diplo lines
JEELEN 15 Feb, 2015 @ 2:29pm
@TarcisioCM Civpedia says Altaic Rider becomes obsolete with Swordsman, but I can still build them in 1705.
Shanawa 15 Feb, 2015 @ 1:39pm
We don't kala, but there are some compelling evidence to the fact that they might have been somehow related.
﴾﴾ۣۜkala 15 Feb, 2015 @ 1:05pm
PLEASE DO NOT SAY THAT THESE GUYS WERE HUNS. WE DO NOT, AND NEVER WILL KNOW WHO THE HUNS REALLY WERE.
Helio the one 15 Feb, 2015 @ 8:03am
Well... it looks like Europa Universalis IV
s v g 15 Feb, 2015 @ 5:24am
Brilliant mod, would like to see more of Turkic Steppe civilizations. Yurts look sweet on plains.
laplasian 14 Feb, 2015 @ 1:12am
What's Enact Decisions? When i can download this?
Michael 13 Feb, 2015 @ 11:47am
Thank you.
Bubblegum  [author] 13 Feb, 2015 @ 11:46am
Michael 13 Feb, 2015 @ 11:45am
The last two screenshots from ' Enact Decisions ', looks like you use new textures.
Bubblegum  [author] 13 Feb, 2015 @ 11:44am
@Mikhai What do you mean?
Michael 13 Feb, 2015 @ 11:32am
What's that map graphic? Please tell me.
JEELEN 13 Feb, 2015 @ 9:38am
Well, I played on from autosave and nothing happened...We'll call it a fluke. ;)

(Not sure why Altaic Riders upgrade to Swordsmen, but OK.)
JEELEN 13 Feb, 2015 @ 7:34am
@TarcisoCM I was going to say that maybe it's not wise to have Mongols and Xiongnu spawn within 2 tiles of eachother (I got a free worker by jumping on their Settler), but then I got a CTD around 2,000 BC...
JEELEN 13 Feb, 2015 @ 1:13am
lol Anyway, nice addition. Kudos. ;)
Bubblegum  [author] 12 Feb, 2015 @ 1:33pm
@ianandsue5 Dont know m8, although I have another civ basically coded already, I do work in misterious ways so I cant really say.
Bubblegum  [author] 12 Feb, 2015 @ 6:14am
Their decisions only appear once your lands are connected to another civilization (See the decisions screenshots).
