Its worck only for DLC start!!!

It requires the DLC, since it change a start added by it.

You do not seem to realize the DLC is not a separate game. You can still play the whole SPG2 content once the DLC is installed. There is no "DLC only" mode.

I do not understand the question.
SoA is a DLC. You can not use it without having the base SPG2 game.
