@Maya Fey, I want to but Capcom has made it so annoying to get their models :X I REALLY want to though.
@Phoenix Wright, I have them too, but they're missing some. The only texture set that looks complete is Athena's DLC costume which I don't have the model for.

@Yuki I have the textures of Athena and Apollo but not Phoenix unfortunately.

@Phoenix Wright, This is a fanmade model of Athena. I have the actual DD models of Athena, Apollo and Phoenix in default DD costumes but I can't get the textures and I can't seem to find any models other than those 3... I wanted Edgeworth, Klavier, etc too.

Yuki how did you get this mode? Is this actually from Dual Destinies? How do I get models from Dual Destinies? I want to get the old school suit

Oh.... OH.... wow well okay, deep story, sad tragedy...still, looks cool but Maya Mia still sexier and better looking. Shame theres only some single low poly model, just like theres only a low poly model of the sexy Aya Brea in her evening dress from Parasite Eve, doing some HD updating, rebuilding would be tough :| oh well... so with Athena done, whats next?

Mia Fey was Phoenix Wrights mentor who passed away (got murdered) after the first case of the first game.

The only reason I can see a 7 year skip making sense in the writers eyes is that maybe they wanted Phoenix to have a "young" daughter and show him as a successful (on the stance of raising a child) father with a grown daughter. That's the most logical reason I can think of. I'm not saying it was a good logical one. Just one that "could" be the logical one. :P

@Artuurs, I miss Maya too. I finished the first case in dual destinies but I went back to play the rest, and now i need to beat the rest of Miles investigations. That's the reason I'm that big a fan of the game Apollo Justice. It skipped over 7 years of Maya and Phoenix's life without any explanation for Maya and if she became the Master or not. :C
But I don't think Athena is bad from what I saw from her. I just enjoy Maya far more.
There's also a serious lack of 3D Phoenix wright models at the moment so I'm rigging what I have.^^

Ugh... worst characther ever.... in the series.... why couldnt they have just brought Maya back... eh... well... you did a lovely good job for what's it worth, looking good she is :|
