I did not make these, it was requested to be hexxed (made into seperate ragdolls, models so I did) Veon is the creator as you can clearly see in the description.

i can assure you people this is not racist in anyway at all. infact think of the possiblites with these guys. you can have them as background characters and have them play a role that no one's seen before..it's okay it gives them their own character after all i am using the scout and sniper for a mini series...and besides demoman was gonna be white in the early concept art of tf2

TitaniumSpyborgBear i requested this hex and he said he had problems with afro-heavys arms so i told him to just forget about him and post this soon as he could...however he could update the pack and put the heavy in when he will fix it but you can use the other afro-heavy he has uploaded
