Only 2 enemies resigned when I sent taunt 100.

Awesome work man!
I tested it on hard dif and the IA DOES NOT SURRENDER (sended 100 Taunt to my enemies on a saved game). We've been raiding its HQ very hard for a long time and they keep spawning units!
Also seems you have improved the IA build, because they look smarter.
