So of the five I got two - one will take at least 2 seasons to develop and doesnt seem worth what I paid. The other can't even get his first start for a couple of years

Armindo Bruma, Eder Alvarez Balanta (actually he is very popular), Luka Jovic (he develops very well. you can buy him for 700K, after 4-5 seasons huge clubs are starting to offer like 60-70 Million €, and of course you can negotiate), Carlos Fierro (maybe FM 15, the last game that he is a wonderkid, so take care of him.

Normally I play Dutch Eredivisie.
Some of the players I always look for are:
Striker: Veton Berisha (Norwegian, 20 years old)
Midfield: Alex Serrano (Spanish, 20 years old) & Nicola Murru (Italian, 19 years old)

vadala: Not avalable the first season, but when he got to me at my villa team he kept benteke wanting first team football.
kranevitter: if you want a cheap midfeild that dominates the middle, £4.5m buys him and links well with delph.
Simone scuffet: very expensive, but gets totally awesome and after 2 season's becomes the best keeper on the game.
Luka jovic: if you get vadala, get jovic, honestly they work like bread and butter
balanta: stats won't improve that much, but why would he? in 3 season's i sold him to real madrid for £145m, the biggest mistake my board has made (damn you randy learner)

Eder Alvarez Balanta is a class signing! Other great signings that I've done to Newcastle is Sergi Roberto; He usually is a bargain since he never gets to play in Barca.
Nikolai Laursen from Brondby IF, he has 5 stars potential and is on an avarage of 7,35 even though he is just a sub.
Youri Telemans from Anderlecht is pure class, probably the new Messi.
Richario Zivkovic from Ajax youth, is my best striker by far, scored 20 goals on 25 games so far. Also a shoutout for Remy Cabella who was voted best player of the season in 2016.

I had Sam Byram working in 2013 version as a up and comer through 5 seasons already... old news there... was slow to develop but always had 5 star potentials.
