I'd love if someone who actually understood how to use blender re-did this with better weight painting and model movement. OP put the face on the 'forward' bone which is causing Leon's entire face to slide around when you look up or down. It looks awful.

I plan to to rig S.T.A.R.S. members: Albert Wesker, Barry Burton, Rebbeca Chambers, Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine and also Claire Redfield and Ada Wong from the Chronicles series to player models and NPCs. Theres plenty of HUNK playermodels already so I probably won't do him. The map is the TTT raccoon city police department which is the actually reason why I started rigging.
