We are the 105th ODST Division. We are a friendly community, Looking to play seriously but with a tad bit of fun! As ODST's we are able to drop in behind enemy lines via drop pod, Pelican, Falcon, or other methods of insertion. In addition to this we also specialize in reconnaissance, Direct action, Sabotage, and other types of special operations.

having a problem i start the mission i see the HEV and it freezes and shows an error something about HEV sounds but i cant click close

Hey, this is an awsome scenario, its just that your squad's pods dont work! I know that other people have brought up this problem, but if you fix this, this scenario will be amazing!

I enjoyed this short mission, however, I felt like I was at a disadvantage as my squad's drop pods failed to work.

Your drop pods are 'buggy' because you were too lazy to add the drop pod script to them. https://www.reddit.com/r/OperationTrebuchet/comments/34g3c4/odst_drop_pod_script/

Use method '2'. This will work for players AND AI, so long as you use names for each, add the script to the VEHICLE INIT, and start by spawning the players OUTSIDE the pod.

Since I'm still trying to figure out how to force the drop script on the AI, I had to rig it a bit. I set them to drop from about 3000 elevation with all pods and pilots set to invulnerable. Then, as soon as they hit the ground, the invulnerability is toggled off with the player's completion of the "GET OUT" waypoint. It's a bit of a rig, but it works for now.

How did you make it so that the pods dropped without killing the odsts inside? I tried setting the pods to fall from acertain height and when they hit the ground they are either badly hurt or dead.

Good mission. Could use a few markers or something, because it is difficult to tell what is going on. Overall decent survival mission.
