Some are. Doing something like an entirely destructable building while keeping the structure looking realistic would be extremely difficult, not to mention making the game nearly impossible for survivors to effectivly barricade.

Sorry Robeloto the map wasnt compiled properly. My friend graciously fixed it and I will be posting the fixed version of the map shortly. Thanks for notifying me of the problem (regardless if I already knew)

Just a word of warning, this map is not compiled for HDR and is full of Gmod related bugs (e.g. props don't scale as planned in the 3D skybox). Please wait for an improved release.

Note that if you experience shadowed props, its a problem with the source engine and cant be fixed. Its an inconsistent problem that sometimes happens.
