Are you using any other mods?
Maelstrom 20 Mar, 2015 @ 2:25pm
There is a problem with the demand because everytime you put it to the max, depending on your real demand it will just go down slowly to that demand even on fixed :/ Have to put it back to max everytime I want a small boost of demand before it just fades away...
Pedro Takeshi  [author] 20 Mar, 2015 @ 12:40pm
If the mod is working for anyone reading this, please comment below.
Pedro Takeshi  [author] 20 Mar, 2015 @ 12:03pm
Strange, do you have any other mods running?
sKixx 20 Mar, 2015 @ 8:04am
For some Reason it's not working/properly working anymore. I can say for sure that I don't have any more Resident Demand in the Moment.
Pedro Takeshi  [author] 19 Mar, 2015 @ 9:06am
The last patch did fix a bug related to the demand, i confirmed and it's working. Also, did you enable the mod on both the content manager and inside the Edit window? Can you try on a new save?
hup 19 Mar, 2015 @ 8:27am
Yes i turn the mod on, click edit, nothing happen

Maybe the latest pach have do something?
Pedro Takeshi  [author] 19 Mar, 2015 @ 8:10am
@hup
Did you click on "Edit" near the RCI bars and turned the mod on?
I just tested here and it's working.
hup 19 Mar, 2015 @ 6:21am
Dont works with my game, nothing happen
Pedro Takeshi  [author] 18 Mar, 2015 @ 12:26pm
@Nandhii
I'm finishing the interface, should be ready soon.
X.P.M.T 16 Mar, 2015 @ 6:43am
can you make an interface for the mode because it s hard to know what we do with the hotkey...
Pedro Takeshi  [author] 15 Mar, 2015 @ 5:31pm
Fixed: the demand stays fixed at some value
Offset: a value is simply added to/subtracted from the original demand
Smooth changes ON: when you press the keys to modify the demand, it will smoothly "move" from the current value to the new value
Smooth changes OFF: the demand will "jump" from the current value, to the new value
Uzi [OTG] 15 Mar, 2015 @ 5:17pm
aWESOME. I just noticed the update download on a restart here.
Going to smoke test this evening!
I'm unclear though on the Hotkey options:

Ctrl+F5: Fixed<>Offset demand
Ctrl+F6: Smooth changes On<>Off

Could you explain the function of those a bit more?
Rest is obvoius and thanks very much!
Pedro Takeshi  [author] 15 Mar, 2015 @ 5:05pm
@Uzi [OTG]
I just updated the mod to add a toggle key(F8).
Unfortunately, this mod will modify all the demands as mentioned in the description, so that's not really going to fix the commercial demand. The devs are preparing an update [forum.paradoxplaza.com] already, then you'll be able to adjust the commercial demand.
Uzi [OTG] 15 Mar, 2015 @ 4:57pm
I hope you can make it toggleable as well. In meantime I plan to try this.

I've grown tired of the no commerical demand bug.

Which in case other's do not know, seems tied directly to entertainment radius of
parks and other items that have entertainment , recreation, radius of effect.

You can see this at work by watching commercial demand plunge to zero by
placing parks in city that had none before.

Which is a stupid bug.
My games no longer have parks now. sigh.

So your mod might fix that for now. Thanks.

I did try working with Content Editor to alter mods I find that have nice parks and such but
the tool is annoying to work with. Too much pain editing all the Park etc buildings one finds so I have relented and will use your mod, toggling it off and on via content menu.

Sylver 15 Mar, 2015 @ 4:40pm
Awesome! Thanks so much!
Pedro Takeshi  [author] 15 Mar, 2015 @ 4:27pm
@TCESylver: Done.
@ckay4ever: I might add sliders on the next update.
@CaptainEagle: Maybe once i add the sliders.
TaterzNcorn 15 Mar, 2015 @ 10:19am
really looking forward to a slider bar for this mod... cant wait.
CaptainEagle 15 Mar, 2015 @ 5:42am
Really cool mod! You should add it on cities skyline nation :D
Sylver 15 Mar, 2015 @ 3:31am
is it perhaps possible to make this togglable?
Pedro Takeshi  [author] 14 Mar, 2015 @ 9:00am
@Guffy There's a bug in the modding API currently, which doesn't allow us to set individual demands. I've reported it to the developers and as soon as it's fixed i'll upload individual mods for residencial, commercial and industrial demands.
Blake 13 Mar, 2015 @ 3:45pm
Can you add a mod that maxes out only commercial demand? There seems to be a bug right now in the base game where parks quell commercial demand. I haven't been able to attract high density commercial to my downtown area, despite only having a few shops around the city.
The Griffin King 11 Mar, 2015 @ 6:26pm
YES thx for this mod i need this like now
Pedro Takeshi  [author] 11 Mar, 2015 @ 11:34am
Yes, they stay.
hup 11 Mar, 2015 @ 11:32am
Did people stay in the city?
Of it just go intro empty building?
Pedro Takeshi  [author] 11 Mar, 2015 @ 11:32am
@hup
Demand. Look at the bottom of your screen, you'll see 3 bars: Green(Residential), Blue(Commercial) and Orange(Industrial/Offices). For example, if the green bar is empty and you make a new residential zone, no houses will appear, because there's no demand for houses.
With this mod, you'll always get buildings in your zones.
hup 11 Mar, 2015 @ 10:42am
maximum what?
