It's a vanilla cosmetic change people, it appears the same type and level as the vanilla one.

Is this an office building or residential? What level does it appear at?

@ Minoes = Your going to just have to find out. lol. I don't remember since I made so many buildings yesterday, I'd kind of forgotten. I try to pick 4 colors that would go well with eachother in case they spawn close to one another....hopefully they don't clash.

* So almost no bright colors with dull colors.
