No its just valves engine being gay. The audio file has to be the exact same length as the original, if its longer it cuts out, if its short it fills the rest with a annoying static sound.

Its Valve's problem with the sound system, if its not the right length as the original then static will happen.

Can you take out one sound I realized that happens. It is a very high pitched static sound that plays every once in awhile.
