If this needs updated and someone can share what needs adjusted I'll gladly do it and provide an updated version due to the author's response about updating it, that's unfortunate for those who enjoy it.

Wow, thx for the info, Admiral! I really loved this Cockpit for my smaller Ships, it has suuuuch a sweet low profile and purrfect conveyor placement ;D

@xpgx1 & GSB_commandos3000 I'm glad this mod has so many fans still. Unfortunately I won't be updating this or any of my other workshop mods as the computer with all the original files on it is somewhere in a basement in Sweden and I'm currently living in the UK.

I also have my own game project that I'm working on full time and I don't have the time to recreate these mods from scratch.

I don't remember if it's possible but if anyone can extract and modify the mod files from the game directory or wherever they're stored (I really don't remember, it has been years), then they're welcome to fix and re-upload these mods as their own and I'll gladly give a link to their workshop page here. :engi:

So... not all that different then and with some additional buttons and displays. Well I'll keep that in mind for the next time I do a mod-overhaul/update.

Maybe a cross between the fighter cockpit and the regular Cockpit, with some more displays and some buttons on the metal beams in the glass

I just tried this cockpit and even so the conveyors are not shown, they are present. But the bottom conveyor is a big one and it has an offset. Maybe you want to correct this @Admiral

Yes, it has the same conveyor ports as the stock fighter cockpit. (or well, had at the time I made it)

Could you make a back seat cockpit, please? one that fits behind this cockpit and allows for a RIO (Radar Interceptor Officer) or a CSO (Combat Systems Officer aka Bombardier). Thanks!

This is the best cockpit i have seen yet. It has that light fighter feeling but without losing to much armor or size to it. I am so happy this got a DX11 update

If had just been a matter of converting the textures then I would probably have done it myself by now.
Unfortunately it gets a bit more complicted than that, from what I can tell I basically need to re-export and convert the whole model with a different configuration for Dx11. I'll look into it some more :engi:

I do not have any mod making abilities but i am good with photoshop and could make or convert the textures to dx11.

I'd offer but my only computer is down currently and I have not had time to replace or repair it, heck my only link to the World Wide Web is my cellphone right now and that's only when I'm in range of a wifi router that I have previously accessed and input the password for. So there's not a whole lot I can do at the moment. The maximum I can do is add workshop items to my subscribed items list to test out once I can get back in game. However I did get a chance to use this cockpit on a ship before my computer died.

Sorry, I am rarely online on Steam now and I haven't been modding Space Engineers for many months. I might look into updating my mods to work with the lastest Space Engineers version some time but it's not something I can promise will happen in the near future.

OI! What happened to your bridge windows? The mod disappeared a few moments ago and utterly gutted my flagship!

I had to go into the mods file and make a local copy to keep my ship from leaking air like a sieve, but that's not going to work very well online.

Those windows were positively brillaint, so I hope their removal was some sort of mistake. Please look into it. Thanks!

This is a nice cockpit, thanks for the mod! Do you think you would be up to making a large ship version? We have large chassis scouts that need an O2 capable cockpit that doesn't look terrible.

Yup, such a beautiful cockpit, great lines. I'm hoping you find the time and energy to update this to be oxygen-compatible. I'm a bit saddened that i have to take this off of my designs in the mean time. :(
