Also, depending on your traffic and zoning, you might want to fiddle with the entry lane traffic. I ended up replacing it with a small roundabout and extra bypass to deal with tourists+high density commercial.

Feel free to split the avenues in the 3 split sections into longer roads or your own suburb areas.
