This is an original rig from the game. But source engine uses biped animation by default, so it looks pretty like shit. You can use autorigger to make it work.

Yeah thanks for not rigging it so it can be ANIMATED properly. Can't make a freaking poster or something without it looking like a messed up shit.

I don't think so. Moreover, the in-game world isn't one big map, every location is a single map.
