The assets are great but they were all given 500 entertainment value! I wanted to use these so I could use realistic parking and add a more realistic look to my city but that modifier broke it for me. It just makes them incredibly unbalanced.

Is there a version of them without the modifier?

A nice collection, but none have in game thumbnails so trying to find anything is a nightmare.

You forgot to add the parking spaces. Currently no car will park on your assets :/
